This notice covers the Inokim 2026 B2B catalog and the forms on it.

What we collect

When you submit the dealer inquiry form we store the details you enter — name, business email, phone, company, website, country, city, the model you asked about, estimated order size and your message. The launch-notification form stores only your email address and the product you signed up for. With each submission we also record your IP address, browser user-agent and referring page to prevent spam and abuse.

Why we collect it

To respond to your distribution inquiry, prepare quotes and territory availability, and — if you signed up for it — to tell you when a product launches. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to manage the business relationship, and removed on request.
